Only seven days until the 2019 Chartwell’s Best Practices Awards deadline.
Time flies when you’re outlining narratives and bulleting metrics, amirite?
I plan to spend Wednesday, June 12 answering awards-related phone calls and emails and trying to help utility staffers and their IT czars negotiate/work around overeager firewalls to transmit vital campaign information for Chartwell’s judges.
Remember: While the deadline is technically close of business on June 12, as long as I have your submission when I log on the next morning, it’s on time. That’s how we avoid timezone anarchy.
I’ve already compiled quite a few early entries, and once again, The People’s Choice – Video competition is a popular category. It recognizes outstanding creative achievement in short video marketing/communications efforts, such as TV spots or digital pre-roll. Chartwell judges select the Top 3 entries, and the recipients of the People’s Choice Award are chosen by EMACS attendees.

Three utilities for each category will be awarded with gold, silver and bronze recognition at EMACS – The Customer Experience Conference, Sept. 30-Oct. 3 at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans.
