Chartwell’s Best Practices Awards
Chartwell’s annual Best Practices Awards recognize excellence among electric and gas utilities and the impact they have on the communities they serve.
Each year, Chartwell honors utilities for their initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience, communications and awareness.
Below are the 5 categories utilities can take home awards in:
• Billing & Payment Programs
• Contact Center
• Program Marketing
Three utilities for each category will be awarded with gold, silver and bronze recognition at the annual EMACS – The Customer Experience Conference held in the fall of each year.
Over the years, these awards have honored utilities such as Southern California Edison, Con Edison, Hydro One, PSE&G, PECO and more!
Chartwell’s Best Practices Awards: People’s Choice – Video Category recognizes outstanding creative achievement in short video marketing/communications efforts, such as TV spots or digital pre-roll.
Chartwell judges select the Top 3 entries, and the recipient of the People’s Choice Award is chosen by EMACS attendees during the annual EMACS – The Customer Experience Conference.
Chartwell’s Best Practices Awards in Outage Communications
Chartwell’s annual Best Practices Awards in Outage Communications recognize initiatives designed to improve the customer experience before, during or after an outage event, regardless of size and scope.
Three utilities in each of two size categories will be awarded with gold, silver and bronze recognition. The two size categories include utilities with more than 700,000 customers and utilities with fewer than 700,000 customers.
The winners for Chartwell Best Practices Awards in Outage Communications are presented at the annual Outage Communications Conference held in June of each year.
Over the years, these awards have honored utilities such as Southern California Edison, Florida Public Utilities, Hydro Ottawa, Florida Power & Light, Salt River Project and more!
