During this session, Entergy’s Susan Adam – an instructor in agile methodology at Tulane University – will cover the basics and provide attendees a roadmap to an “agile” future, drawing from her company’s journey and successes.

Susan has more than three decades of IT experience, including roles from developer through IT management and owner of IT software Susan has more than three decades of IT experience, including roles from developer through IT management and owner of IT software consulting practice. Susan spent the first 15 years of her IT career with Entergy, has worked for Oracle as a practice director in the Government, Higher Ed, and Healthcare verticals. Susan started her own IT software consulting practice, specializing in cloud packaged solution implementations, as well as custom development and integration and custom website development. She returned to Entergy five years ago, first in IT and currently as a Manager of Customer Solutions on the Customer Experience team.
