Southern California Edison has won Chartwell’s gold best practices awards for the past two years for projects that improved wildfire communications, business customer relations and field technology and training. But the company isn’t resting on its laurels. Southern California Edison is developing a five-year roadmap to identify gaps in its outage communications process, even as it implements our outage communications in 19 languages, and replaces its Outage Management System (OMS) as well as its Customer Service Re-Platform (CSRP).
