What is the event cancellation/replacement policy?

For any event, if you’d like to send a replacement, please e-mail to Colleen Yekeh at cyekeh@chartwellinc.com with the name of the person registered, reason for cancellation, and the contact information for the replacement. For Webinars, cancellations must be made any time prior to event in order to receive a full refund. For Summits and EMACS, please visit that event’s registration page for the specific cancellation policy.
