The Fort Collins Utilities Program Management Office (PMO) was put into practice two years ago with the ambitious target of developing more efficient, innovative programs. The PMO uses project management and Six Sigma principles, along with standardized processes and customized templates, to increase satisfaction scores and customer participation in programs, better align resources with organizational strategies, and increase program efficiency and effectiveness. The PMO initially analyzed and supported two programs, saving Fort Collins Utilities 1,232 annual staff hours and a minimum of $61,650 a year through implementation of new, innovative process updates. Join Chartwell’s webinar to learn how the Fort Collins PMO team is strengthening programs while producing significant savings.
