The original awards of their kind for utilities, Chartwell’s Best Practices Awards in Outage Communications recognize excellence and innovation among electric and gas utilities with respect to projects, programs and service initiatives.

The 2019 Chartwell Best Practices Awards in Outage Communications will be presented at the Outage Communications Conference, June 6-7, at the Embassy Suites Magnificent Mile in Chicago.

Three utilities in each of two size categories will be awarded during the conference with gold, silver and bronze recognition. The two size categories include utilities with more than 700,000 customers and utilities with fewer than 700,000 customers.
