We are exploring the alert options we offer customers and trying to better understand if our current options are meeting our customers needs. As we’re early in this process we’d like to bring in peer utility insights. Please share the various alert options that are available to customers (this doesn’t have to be the most used alerts…a long list is fine here)? Also, can you share which alerts are more widely leveraged by consumers. Thanks.
