Current challenges: Balancing new technologies to take on with limited IT resources; Improving existing digital channels; Prioritizing which efforts are most important.

Areas of expertise/success stories: Getting ready to launch a fully rebuilt My Account portal and Mobile App. We have many lessons learned from the project, and surely will have more once it launches.
