Best Practices – Customer Experience – Improving the Mobile Experience – ComEd – 2018

In 2016, ComEd launched an overhauled website, shifting to a responsive design to enhance the mobile experience. Mobile users now have access to all functionalities available via ComEd’s desktop site, prompting a shift in channel traffic and a significant increase in mobile website customer satisfaction. ComEd took home Chartwell’s 2017 Silver Award in Customer Service for the effort.
