Billing and Payment – Increasing eBill Enrollment – PSEG Long Island – Case Study – 2018

In 2014, PSEG Long Island set out to significantly increase its paperless billing enrollment, which stood at about 10% of its customer base. After increasing enrollment to 19% in 2017, the utility is striving to enroll 25% of its customers in eBilling by the end of 2018 and grow that number to 42% by the end of 2019.
