Billing and Payment – Increasing Paperless Enrollment – Case Study – Duke Energy – 2017

Seeking to increase paperless billing enrollment and streamline its customers’ payment experience, Duke Energy rolled out its Email Bill Delivery service to new customers in June 2016. As of September 2017, 186,210 customers were taking part in the trial and 77,007 customers were enrolled in the Email Bill Delivery service.
