Flint Energies' Billing & Payment Prepay Program, Pay Your Way, attracts a diverse group of participants, including members who are budget-minded, temporary residents, those who want to have more control over their expenditures, and some who have fallen behind on their payments. The cooperative maintains more than 10,000 members in the program and has collected more than $1.7 million in small, incremental debt payments since the program started in 2012.
