Business Customer Care – Industry Survey Datasheet – 2020

The results of Chartwell’s Business Customer Care Industry Survey, completed in the first and second quarters of 2020, include 42 responses from electric, gas and combination utilities in the United States and Canada with a total customer base of more than 83 million. The survey’s questions span a range of topics, including segmentation, programs and services, communications and staffing.
