Customer Communications – Defining Your Brand with a Vision Statement – Entergy – Webinar Summary – 2018

Following the internal introduction of Entergy’s “We Power Life” vision statement, the company began conducting research to test the statement’s resonance with customers. After receiving a favorable response to its proposed statements, the utility launched a communications campaign, running March through October 2016. Entergy took home Chartwell’s 2017 Silver Award in Communications for the effort.
