Implementing a Pick Your Due Date Payment Program

Duke Energy implemented a Pick Your Due Date Payment Program allowing customers with smart meters to select the day of the month on which their bill will be due for payment.

The program has increased overall customer satisfaction and reduced the manual processing of work orders.
