Industry Survey Datasheet – Customer Experience 2019

The results of Chartwell’s Customer Experience Industry Survey, completed in the third and fourth quarters of 2019, include 47 responses from electric, gas and combination utilities in the United States and Canada with a total customer base of more than 92 million. The survey’s questions span a range of topics, including benchmarking strategies, VOC efforts and post-transactional survey strategies.
