Outage Communications – Industry Survey Datasheet – 2020
The results of Chartwell’s Outage Communications Industry Survey, completed in the first quarter of 2020, include 52 responses from electric, gas and combination utilities in the United States and Canada with a total customer base of nearly 86 million. The survey’s questions span a range of topics, including measuring ETR performance, outage communication strategy, metrics, outage alerts and outage communication channels.
