Outage Restoration – Industry Survey Datasheet – 2020

The results of Chartwell’s Outage Restoration Industry Survey, completed in the first quarter of 2020, include 46 responses from electric, gas and combination utilities in the United States and Canada with a total customer base of more than 76 million. The survey’s questions span a range of topics, including details of the systems used for outage restoration, the technologies used by field crews for restoration and communication, and the materials and methods used for field crew training.
