Predictive Tool Elevates Outage Response at Avista

Avista Corp. recently launched a Weather and Incident Forecasting Tool to improve operational efficiency and provide a better customer experience. Aggregated data within the tool has provided the utility with key forecasting insights, allowing Avista to prepare and respond to severe weather events more efficiently. This innovative development earned Avista a Bronze Award for Excellence in Outage Operations.
