PSEG implements personalized videos for budget billing participants
In 2019, PSE&G implemented personalized videos for its Equal Payment Plan to more effectively communicate the plan stipulations to customers, increase customer satisfaction and reduce calls to the call center. The associated email outreach campaign resulted in impressive open and click-through rates and helped reduce calls related to EPP six-month reassessments and 12-month true-ups.
