SRP Leverages Technology, Teamwork to Aid Low-Income Customers

Salt River Project, which was granted $10 million of the $36 million allocated statewide, moved quickly to identify, and notify eligible customers. The team set to work using agile methodology to accelerate the project rollout. The project involved concentrated software integration and automation and leveraging historical data to verify customers’ eligibility. With the success of SRP’s ERAP implementation AZ DES granted an additional 5.94 million to SRP for a total of 15.94 million distributed to customers. Moderator:
