As Senior Portfolio Manager of Energy Efficiency, William is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision for increasing demand-side management programs across Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power and Pepco. His work includes increasing adoption of behind-the-meter technology and programs to help customers better manage their energy usage, while leveraging these assets to maximize grid utilization. He also oversees the development of key strategies for creating customer programs including energy efficiency, demand response, and the use of data analytics to meet aggressive state goals in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey.
