2020 Outage Communications Benchmarks

More utilities are measuring ETR performance and moving toward digital and mobile communications. According to Chartwell research, over three-fourths of utilities now measure ETR performance. The fastest growing communication channels are outage maps, social media, text alerts and email alerts.
