The results of Chartwell’s 2021 Outage Communications Industry Benchmark Survey include 51 responses from electric, gas and combination utilities in the United States and Canada with a total customer base of 88 million. The survey covers a variety of topics about utility outage communications, including self-service outage reporting channels, outage push alert usage and post-transactional customer feedback mechanisms.
