Entergy’s Modernized Mobile App Improves CSAT/NPS

In 2019, Entergy initiated a large-scale project to build a native mobile application to meet changing demands, increase satisfaction, improve the outage management process and lower support costs. Developed in partnership with Mindgrub, the native app features functionality such as one-touch outage reporting, near real-time outage maps, swipe-to-pay, a customizable dashboard, energy usage information, and personalized notification preferences. Within two weeks of launch, the app was downloaded or updated more than 1 million times and received more than 6,000 five-star ratings in the in-app rating system. Entergy took home Chartwell’s 2021 Silver Best Practices Award in Digital Experience for its efforts.
