Hub modernizes Ameren Missouri’s outage data compilation, communications

In 2019, Ameren Missouri launched its outage communications hub, which operates as a data communications layer that works in tandem with the utility's ADMS to provide centralized management, configuration and processing of all electric outage-related messaging to customers. The utility took home Chartwell’s 2020 Silver Best Practices Award in Outage Communications for its efforts.
