National Grid aimed to ease the purchasing decision by simplifying LED technology language and inspiring customers to find the right light for their home. Attend this webinar to learn how National Grid partnered with Mower Agency to launch the omni-channel, interactive “Choose the Right Light” campaign, which used customer-centric storytelling to amplify awareness and educational content. This innovative campaign enabled National Grid’s Upstate New York Residential Energy Efficiency Lighting program to exceed its annual energy-savings goal by more than 3x in 2021.
