National Grid Launches Business Customer Panel in Response to COVID-19

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic changed the needs of business customers in unprecedented ways. To understand the impact of the crisis on those customers, as well as identify their needs, National Grid quickly launched an online business customer insight panel to get real-time feedback. The Commercial Customer Council helped National Grid capture new information about business customer needs and preferred communication channels and vet potential offerings and enhanced assistance programs.
