Southern California Edison’s Charge Ready Transport program is designed to help non-residential customers install the charging infrastructure needed for electrifying medium- and heavy-duty fleets such as delivery trucks, cargo vans, transit buses and tractor trailers. SCE’s targeted, multichannel marketing campaign helped the utility trend ahead of its forecasted 2021 lead generation goal. Attend this session to learn how SCE targeted commercial customers with a high propensity to adopt EVs, outlined the benefits of fleet electrification, and guided customers through the electrification journey, from awareness to conversion, with a self-service web experience.  Speaker:  Gail Verderico, Marketing and Digital Communications Project Manager, Southern California Edison Gail is a Marketing and Digital Communications Project Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the nation’s largest electric utilities. In her role, Gail is responsible for marketing activities supporting SCE’s Charge Ready Programs, which support the deployment of charging infrastructure for light, medium and heavy-duty electric vehicles throughout SCE’s 50,000 square mile service area. With a planned budget of over $800M, these programs serve the mission of helping California electrify 75% of transportation, which translates to getting 26 million passenger EVs on the road by 2045.
