2021 Outage Restoration Industry Survey Datasheet

The results of Chartwell’s Outage Restoration Industry Survey, completed in the first quarter of 2021, include 43 responses from electric, gas and combination utilities in the United States and Canada with a total customer base of more than 82 million. The survey’s questions span a range of topics, including details about the software solutions used to track outages, the technologies used by field crews for restoration and communication, and the materials and methods used for field crew training.
