Considering ways to incorporate a customer-centric bill redesign?

After kicking off its bill redesign project in early 2017, Tucson Electric Power kept customers at the forefront of its effort to improve the usefulness of information presented on the bill.

Additionally, the utility estimates it will save up to $180,000 a year by printing information directly on the newly redesigned bill rather than including a separate bill insert.
