Entergy Responds to Storm Deluge with Strategic Outage Communications
New Orleans-based Entergy faced an unparalleled series of seven storms that pummeled the utility’s Gulf Coast territory throughout the summer and fall of 2020. Despite the challenges associated with multiple weather-related setbacks, the utility was determined to keep customers informed every step of the way. The utility took home Chartwell’s 2021 Gold Outage Communications Award for its efforts.
