Florida Public Utilities Increases Rebate Applications, Operation Efficiencies with Online Portal

In 2019, Florida Public Utilities kicked off an ambitious initiative to transform the way customers submit rebate applications as well as the way FPU processes them. The online rebate portal serves as an interactive, step-by-step guide to the rebate application process, gives customers a fast and easy way to submit their rebate applications online, and allows them to track the status of their rebates. Since the portal’s launch, FPU has seen a two-week reduction in rebate-application processing times and a 30% increase in the number of submissions received.
