Hydro-Québec Launches Communications Campaign to Collaborate with Customers
In 2021, as part of an overarching corporate strategy development initiative, Hydro-Québec launched the first phase of its Collective Energy campaign to engage customers and the broader community in designing the utility’s corporate goals and programs. In just three months, the campaign’s interactive website received more than 260,000 visits and over 15,000 ideas. These results improved customer satisfaction and provided direction for future programs and initiatives. Hydro-Québec received Chartwell’s 2021 Silver Best Practices Award in Communications for the campaign’s first phase.
