Utilities and COVID-19: Companies focus on serving customers, safely sustaining grid
The COVID-19 pandemic began to hit North America in February and amid the spread, utilities focused on the safety of their employees and customers to combat the virus. The crisis led utilities to make changes across their business, from field services to technology rollouts. This report, which will focus on the range of utility responses to the crisis and the expected impact of changes made, should help inform continuity of operations plans in the future.
